We use quality vendors to provide hardware and software that works.  The days have gone for massive premiums on named brands or Tier 1 vendors such as HP and IBM.  Currently the named brands are super competitive and for the "worry free" aspect of purchasing, more than pay for themselves in saved downtime.

 

We hate downtime, and so do our clients.  For every hour lost in production when a server is down, this time needs to be magnified by the amount of users, cost of employment for those users, peripherals such as light, heating, rent etc, and the big killer of revenue lost and a downturn in service provided to their clients.  It's a lose lose situation.  Quality products ensure that the backup support and warranties to your infrastructure are there.

 

We deal predominantly with HP and IBM on the desktop, laptop and server side.  If you're sick of things breaking and having no support for the items you've purchased, consider partnering with these vendors through us to give you back the stability you deserve.

 

All of our engineers are qualified in the various areas we provide service and support for.  This is Microsoft, Trend Micro, Sonicwall, Veritas and Citrix.

 

At Prestige I.T. we do not have any sales people.  Our techs are the people on site.  They're the ones that offer solutions that are going to work.  They're the people that are responsible for ensuring that it works when it's implemented and monitoring it post implementation. 

 

We do not suffer from the common war between sales and techs, or suffer from sales people implementing items that give them the most commission or just don't fit the envisioned scenario.
